Due to our clients’ requirements and time frames, only candidates with eligibility to work in New Zealand will be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Hiab trucks safely and efficiently for loading and unloading.
- Securing loads with slings, chains, and appropriate rigging gear.
- Maintaining accurate delivery logs and communicating with team, supervisors, and clients when required.
- Assisting onsite operations when not driving and being part of the team.
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety, and transport regulations.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in operating Hiab truck
- A Class 4 - 5 full licence with Crane endorsement (Unit Standard 3789)
- Flexible and with willingness to travel and work across New Zealand
- A good level of physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
- Good communication and team work skills
